TENNESSEE ROSE TOUR des FLEUR:
PLANETS IS FINALLY RELEASED!!
UPDATE!! Music is up and ready for dancing!!
My first solo album is Electronic and this is a surprise to me, too!
At long last, I have released my electronic album, Planets! And not only is this my first solo album, it is also the first time I’ve explored a concept album. The title track, Planets, came about in 2020 while I was experimenting with my new instrument, the Maschine MK3 by Native Instruments, which is a drum machine and with its own digital audio workstation (DAW) software.
I bought it with the intention of using it for live shows coupled with my MIDI Keytar which didn’t produce sound on its own. Little did I know, the seed for a intergalactic soundscape was planted.
This album is a soundtrack for a journey through Earth's atmosphere into the cosmos and back. Named for a point in the journey, each song is an emotional reflection on the energy involved in leaving home, encountering life in an abyss, and a sense of belonging.
If you're free tonight and near a computer, I'm having a listening party via Bandcamp at 7pm. No pressure, but know that you are invited 🎉🎶 Follow the link below:
A Final Note
WHERE IN THE WORLD IS TENNESSEE ROSE?
So, I will be making an appearence at Porchfest as an informal opener at the 55 Mt. Tom Ave location in Easthampton, MA! Imagine a more musical Statler and Waldorf Muppet duo, but in one body and saying positive affirmations. I’ll start at 11am and the event goes until 3pm! And if that’s too early, there will be other porches to stumble onto later into the evening!
“Life is like a rose garden — watch for the thorns and keep the pest dust handy.”
Until next time, Ciao for now.
